Alumni Profiles: Joe Palaia

Today we recognize the achievements of Joe Palaia IV, an alumnus of FRC Team 204, Eastern Regional High School in Voorhees, NJ. Back in school, Joe was instrumental in getting the team started. Today, FRC 204 is a mainstay of FIRST in New Jersey, while Joe has used the skills and experiences FIRST taught him to found not one, not two, but five companies dedicated to developing space exploration, including Astronauts 4 Hire to train future commercial astronauts. Joe's innovation and entrepreneurial spirit are inspirations to us all and remind us of why FIRST is so important to our students' futures.
