FRC Regional Competition: Directions

The Philadelphia Regional FRC Competition is held in the Daskalakis Athletic Center at Drexel University.

Parking

Parking is $5 and it is located in the Drexel Parking Garage. Continue down Market Street and make a left on 34th Street. Make your next left onto Ludlow Street, and the garage entrance will be on your left hand side.

By Car

From New York and Northern New Jersey

  1. Take the New Jersey Turnpike South to Exit 4 (Route 73)
  2. Follow 73 North to the Betsy Ross Bridge (left exit)
  3. Take the Betsy Ross Bridge to 95 South to 676 West (Central Philadelphia)
  4. Follow 676 West to 76 East Exit (Int'l. Airport)
  5. Follow signs for Exit 345 (3/10 of a mile – 30th St./University City)
  6. Go under bridge and immediately get into the right hand lane, which is Exit 345
  7. At the top of the exit ramp you must make a right
  8. Follow street around 30th Street Station to Market Street, and make a right onto Market Street (3rd traffic light)
  9. Follow Market Street to 33rd Street
  10. The DAC will be located on the North-West corner of 33rd and Market Streets

From Princeton, Trenton, and Points North

  1. Take 95 South to 676 West/Central Philadelphia
  2. Follow 676 West to 76 East Exit (Int'l. Airport)
  3. Follow signs for Exit 345 (3/10 of a mile – 30th St./University City)
  4. Go under bridge and get into the right hand lane, which is Exit 345
  5. At the top of the exit ramp you must make a right
  6. Follow street around 30th Street Station to Market Street, and make a right onto Market Street (3rd traffic light)
  7. Follow Market Street to 33rd Street
  8. The DAC will be located on the North-West corner of 33rd and Market Streets

  5. Follow Market Street to 33rd Street
  6. The DAC will be located on the North-West corner of 33rd and Market Streets

From the Airport and Points South

  1. Take 95 North to 676 West (Exit 22 – left side exit)
  2. Follow 676 West to 76 East. Exit at 76 East (Int'l. Airport)
  3. Follow signs for Exit 345 (3/10th of a mile – 30th St./University City)
  4. Go under bridge and get into the right hand lane, which is Exit 345
  5. Exit 345 will bring you out onto Chestnut Street, continue across Chestnut to the next light which is Market Street
  6. Make a right, and follow Market Street to Street to 33rd Street
  7. The DAC will be located on the North-West corner of 33rd and Market Streets

By Air

Directions from the Philadelphia Airport

Take the Septa R-1 shuttle train to Temple University station. From the Berks concourse walk west on Berks five blocks to Broad Street and one block south to Montgomery Avenue.

By Public Transportation

From Philadelphia International Airport

Take SEPTA's R1 train to 30th Street Station (30th and Market Streets), which is two blocks from Drexel's University City Main Campus.

  1. Follow Market Street to33rd Street
  2. The DAC will be located on the North-West corner of 33rd and Market Streets

Amtrak

Amtrak trains stop at 30th Street Station (30th and Market Streets), which is two blocks from Drexel's University City Main Campus.

SEPTA Regional Rail

All Regional Rail trains stop at 30th Street Station (30th and Market Streets), which is two blocks from Drexel's University City Main Campus.

SEPTA Subways and Trolleys

The Market-Frankford Line (the Blue Line) stops at 30th and 34th Streets and all trolley trains (the Green Lines) stop at 30th and 33rd Streets.

  1. Follow Market Street to 33rd Street.
  2. The DAC will be located on the North-West corner of 33rd and Market Streets.
